DJ Roadstar 2k continues a family tradition with a foundation built by Hugo "Roadstar" Cabrera the "Moses" that brought sweet sounds from the yard to the Mid West (Ohio Area). Hugo, along with his wife Donna,opened and ran Skankland(Reggae Club) and were largely responsible for bringing Jamaican culture and music to the Columbus, Ohio community since the 1970s.
