Forum have been upgraded due to the old code having bugs.
This new forum code is far more powerful, and should hopefully be a better user experience.

One thing that some have to do, because of the new code, is to upload their forum avatar again.

Rest of account settings should work as before

The preview when you pass the mouse over the topics is a good feature, it saves a lot of time.
The flags of the country....good idea.
