Broadcasting my mix via my pc

Hey guys how would I also broadcast my mix via my pc online? I tried the broadcast settings in virtual dj pro, i sent the url to my friends, but they say it doesn't work? I am behind a router

Ok, ok, ok... but how can I broadcast without a router??? I mean that I want to broadcats public, so that anyone that acces my radio link http://192.168.0.1:8000/VirtualDJ.mp3 be able to listen to my music... I made all the configurating necesary from the VDJ program but still no one can here my broadcasting!!!! That is the link tant apears when I start broadcasting and it says that if I connebtc to that I can listen by........... when I put it in a browser it appears a window that tells me to OPEN, SAVE or CANCEL, if I press OPEN it appears like it's downloading someting and at the end it takes me to the www.virtualdj.com home page... 

Please help me with precise instrution!
