I'm a self taught DJ of 7 years that has been using VDJ since VDJ 7.
My controller is the DDJ-1000 for Rekordbox along with a windows laptop.
Style
My style is to do as much as I can live, that includes FX, transitions, mashups, etc. I've always despised premade sets solely because that to me is not DJing is meant to be.
The music I love playing is mainly dubstep and tech house.
